The world is turning into a circus anyway I think, atleast in many respects. And when it comes to food, meat used to be something special, in old times, not too far back there was only meat once a week, on saturday, then you would use the left overs to make cold cuts to have on your bread or to have beside the daily dinner of porrige together with sardines or herring. but these days, we live in an instant society, so everything needs to be instant, or its no good, i saw on the store that you can actually buy precooked ground beef now the biggest problem is that they make these products in excessive amounts though, i think 1/4 or 1/3 of all the meat is ending up in the bin/= I miss when i was a kid and we would only have meat from our local farmer, it was also just once or twice a week, so it tasted extra good
