Manuel Rodriguez FF

I just got offered a 2nd hand Manuel Rodriguez FF Sabricas blanca. The guitar is about 3 years old and is still in mint condition. Normally retail at $1400. The guy is offering it to me for $550. I am unable to inspect the guitar myself, have to make a 2 hr trip to take a look at the guitar later this week. A quick search on youtube brings up Edmund Tan playing this guitar. The sound quality of the video is poor, making it difficult to tell how this guitar sounds. Any of you have experience with this guitar or know if this is a good deal?

even if that guy's ff sounds good, this FF you might buy would sound different. it's a gamble. you should really try it out yourself first. 2/3 off the price sounds like a good deal though. but it still might not sound or play like a $550 guitar.

Playing this acoustically as recorded through an external microphone (Shure VP88) into my audio interface with subtle processing (EQ, compression, reverb, noise reduction).
