http://catalogo.guitarrasesteve.com/catalogo/FL_5F

Esteve's own site confusingly says 'all solid' at the top but in the detail says laminated back and sides.

At a UK price of £299 the back and sides have to be laminated

I suggest you e-mail Esteve directly for clarification - g.esteve@guitarrasesteve.com

Good luck

Look inside the guitar, if it has a reinforcement strip down the center of the back then it's probably solid wood.
I've played one of these that was decent for the price, but not as good as a Navarro. It had laminated sycamore B+S. Pretty sure they're all solid top
