Baile accompaniment video

Hi all,

I have always wanted to watch Joaquín Amador to learn some of his style of dance accompaniment, but I haven't come across much video of him.

Does anyone have any video they are willing to allow me to copy? Even of others who are known as excellent dance accompanists?

I am willing to trade for the few things I have, and I can easily make a DVD from VHS.

RE: Baile accompaniment video (in reply to val

Well,

We (my wife and I) bought a DVD recorder, so I just hook them together and record. Very simple.

Doing it with a computer is more complicated.

I think there's more than one way to do it, but I am not the one to tell you about it.

One way is to make a digital recording of a VHS by hooking a digital video camera to the VCR and recording, then transferring the digital video tape or file to a computer with the proper software and cables.

You'll need to actually read the manual from the camera and also look into some tutorials on-line by searching for sites which can tell you how to do it.

Good luck.
