Is it possible to travel with a dog by air (without hiding it in your suitecase) nowadays?

Oh yes, of course, but you need a passport for it, a airline approved carrying box and some places you need special vet things as well. But possible, yes.
Here in europe, its easyer from 2012 going to places like the UK, Ireland and sweden, because now you only need a rabies vac, and some pills against some kind of worms. No quarantine anymore.
Nimbus´s pasport is without a photo. Its not obligatory, but I could use this one.

So now that he has a passport does he have dual citizenship as a 'Bath-ett hound' and an Andalusian Dog?

Numbus looks like he has a well cared for beard.
