Strumming some chords 

Strumming some chords that can be used for something interesting I guess.

It was a devious but good plan If we can't catch him with picado, slow him down some other way

That or like Kris said, some sort of sedative must have been put into my cup of tea. . I guess I was just messing around.

Oh well, I tried soloing over it a few times but i didn't come up with anything cool.

It's ok Kris, it is the choice of chords that is the problem here.
