patatas aoli

I cant make an aoli from scratch to save my life and Im thinking of just putting raw garlic into mayonaise and then slathering it over chunks of boiled potatoes and mixing it up with Italian parsley and a pinch of salt

Not sure if its going to work though

This forum needs more women....so do I come to think of it...
