Hi there Stu, thanks for the quick reply, that site looks really good. I think I might even get the both Juan Martin's La Guitarra books from there as well.

cheers!

Maybe check this site for flamenco books/dvds.

Probably got a better flamenco choice.

Welcome to the wonderful world of Flamenco! I have dealt with Strings by mail for the past several years and they are great to deal with. I purchase my strings from them exclusively and have purchased other items in the past with excellent results. Stringsbymail.com is the web site and they are located here in the states but I would assume they could ship to OZ...

Does ForoFlamenco sell books? Or do you mean just under the classified sections?

cheers

I think he's referring to this site, http://www.stringsbymail.com/
not foroflamenco.

Kling On tap plates

I have a Flamenco guitar at home (UK) and keep my classical in Spain, where in the past it's been used rarely - I've been too busy dancing. Last visit I had some lessons over there, but hadn't got round to buying Kling On before I went. In Spain, the local music shop didn't know what I was talking about when I asked for KlingOn, so eventually I bit the bullet and had a permanent plate fixed to my precious, beautiful Classical guitar (cost £80-ish in late 70s, which was a lot of money to me in those days). - I thought "What the hell - just do it". No regrets. You hardly notice them.
