Yo mateys!

Does anyone know this guy? I checked out some of his videos on youtube, but all I heard were exact replicas (not as well played though) of PdL's pieces (sometimes whole, and sometimes just a couple of falsetas). Is that legal? Are there no copyright issues here? And why does he just copy and perform PdL's music, rather than come up with his own stuff (or at least mix it up a bit; copy from Sabicas, Vicente, Tomate, etc. as well as PdL)?
