MUNDOBEAT ELECTRONIC FLAMENCO METRONOME
Hi everyone, I've come across a website for the "Mundobeat" Electronic Flamenco Metronome: www.ugcarray.com/vko To be honest, I've been considering getting a metronome for some time now, but suspected that most standard digital metronomes don't do Flamenco compas. Apparently, however, the mundobeat DOES do compas. It also seems to be recommended by Tomatito and Ottmar Liebert. I prefer the portable units, as they are (obviously) portable, and useable when you are not at your computer (unlike software downloads). I'd be interested to know if anyone actually has a Mundobeat box, and whether they find it useful. Also, if there are any alternative metronomes (hopefully cheaper!) that can accommodate flamenco compas. Any advice and links would also be appreciated. Thanks, James
