Please listen all the way through to this tangos and please give me your honest opinon on the playing of this flamenco guitarist!

He's not a technical monster, but he has a good feel / groove going on. Considering it's improvisation, I give him a thumbs up.

Its tough to get past the horrible high pitch shrieking noise in the recording.

He needs more time and practice. Not too bad though.
He sounds like he is still learning, but doing very well.

ToddK, this guy is a teacher! Would you or anyone for that matter take lessons from him?

Well, for classical guitar, there are many good teachers whom dont actually
play the guitar.

But for flamenco, i really believe that a student needs as close to a perfect example as possible.

This guy is not a bad player. But just listen and watch the very first few arpeggios in the video.

They are sketchy at best. I dont think thats a great example for a student.
