Can anyone identify these tuners?

Hi, these tuners are on a Conde EF4 and EF5, thought they looked interesting, and wondered if anyone knew what they were?

Thanks,

Steve.

I know it's a strange opinion to hold, but to my eye, if the buttons don't have the spindle heads poking right through the button, they look mass produced.
