As we are talking literally about warming up here, then I would suggest things like clapping, flicking your fingers outwards from your thumb, rub your hands together vigorously, go for a walk before you start playing, running on the spot etc, anything aerobic that gets the circulation flowing.
Turn your heating up too!
I always like to loosen up the fingers on the guitar with some rasgueado exercises.

I'll give you a nice little warmup routine. Play four notes per string with each finger. i i i i, m m m m , a a a a, first apoyando, then tirando. This is to be done slowly. Then play p on the E string simultaneously playing the first exercise. Then do some piami arpeggios using different base strings for about a minute. I find this warms my fingers up pretty well. A side benefit is that doing very basic things like this improves the foundation for your technique!

Getting older by the day, I can unfortunately, relate to this topic. I use the stretching method Herrero uses in his third video.
The first is to push back the fingers only keeping the wrist straight with the opposite hand. I push them back and hold them for several seconds. Now do the other hand. Next push on the fingers but let your wrist flex backward, again holding for several seconds. I think shake them out and start playing slowly.

Thanks
i'll try them all. I've tried putting them under hot water and that worked better than any others but like i said i'll try the exercises that can also improve technique.
gracias Miguel

Cold hands has a lot to do with nerves, I find no matter how long I keep them in hot water, they go quikly cold, if I'm playing somewhere, a poket warmer may help though Dave
