Hmph. Well there goes the stereotype of whimpering slaves, chained to the walls, being whipped into submission by slave drivers as is thought by most ignoramuses. Thanks for the vid, I think I'll pass it on.

Not really in this vid, at least not for the one minute of the film. What you describe is how it looks in the factories where the cameras are not allowed to film.
