Worlds first Robot Guitar!!
Nothing to do with flamenco but interesting. This E-Guitar by Gibson is able to tune itself fully automatically and also has some non standard tuning presets.

I'm not so sure there Arash,
In 1968 or something, this nutcase appeared on a BBC popular science program called "Tomorrow's World". He'd invented a Robot Guitar, using six solenoids for every fret and six plucking actuators to play the strings.
It wasn't quite finished, so he could only show it and describe it.
The idea was that you could take a piece of guitar music and transcribe it into a "pianola roll" of punched tape and reproduce it perfectly.
I never heard of him or the robot again.
Mind you, the same programme said that by the year 2000, we would all have robots running around the house doing the cooking, cleaning and washing up and that electricity would be so cheap to generate because of nuclear power that it wouldn't be worth even metering.
cheers,
Ron

Ah Tomorrows world! Those were the days. I never saw that but sounds classic. Its quite funny to see some of those old clips and just see how ridiculous they were.

Hmm....that was interesting. didnt know about that robot guitar which you mentioned.
However, we flamencos dont need these toys. The best guitars was and will always be 100% hand made , in the past, now or in 100 years.
But i would have nothing against a female robot running around my house and cook, clean and wash for me
