String Buzz

I have a guitar with a string buzz problem that I can't figure out. Th B string has a buzz on every fret. I have tried various brands / guages of B strings, does not make much difference, the action is not ridiculously low, the string break angle is good and the saddle is tapered at the rear. The top E and G strings do not buzz. Any ideas from the luthiers out there what the problem may be?
