A bad day for a Scotsman

Ola!
Yesterday I received two pairs of shoes which I ordered over the Internet.
Sadly, the size I ordered was what my feet used to be.
The Left foot now is a bit larger than the Right. (Why??)
So the Left toes are squirming under compression.
How the F does that happen??
I tried to wear 'em for a couple of days to see if they would stretch.
Sadly NOT!

I can't send them back and I'm gonna have to buy some in a size bigger and throw these ones in the dustbin.

A very sad tale from Scotland.
Totally wasted money.
I feel like hanging myself...as Dominic said..

sadly cheers,

Ron

Yes that's sad Ron.
You're supposed to shrink when you get older.

Surely there's a better solution?!

How about putting them on ebay, if they're in good nick you may make your money back.

Or if not perhaps give 'em to a friend or the local charity shop??

If none of them work out, go for it and hang yourself! You could even use the shoe laces so then at least you got some use out of them.

Manz,
I'm even out of luck there....they are slip-ons!

No tragedy, it's just that it really makes me mad to stupidly waste money...

Like the joke about the Scotsman found dead in the cubicle of a public lavatory with a dagger through his heart, onto which was pinned a note...

Here I lie,
Broken hearted.
Paid a penny,
Only farted.

cheers,

Ron

Perhaps a game of Shirling would cheer you up Ron?

Naturally I hope it doesn't come to that...but if so, bags your guitar!

Ricardo,
That was hilarious!!!

How do you find all this weird stuff?

Is that a clip from a movie or something?

The guy's got a good accent!

cheers,

Ron
