Oh well....isn't it the nature of people to get used to new comers.....Val, you gotta post, and participate I guess, but take it easy, it's only the foro! People know you from your posts they respond to you a lot better. But, maybe I take life too seriously, and I speak with the wrong diction! Are you new like me??? I'm new here and it's not that bad......

Great! Malaga, keep us posted about and during your trip if you have a laptop. You're a nice person, just keep interacting. I know it sucks, but thats what I felt, and now I don't care. Either you get responses, or you don't at first, and you will, just give it time! It's all about participation. Keep it up, you're doing fine!

I'M GOING TO MALAGA IN SEPTEMBER
Stop it already! We know and are envious!
We'll be expecting a full report when you get back though - don't think you can go something like MALAGA IN SEPTEMBER and then contribute afterwards - it's the price you pay!

Is GuxDiBux the only one who got the joke. Jeez.
It is not that folks did not get the psyche joke. It is that, you touched on an important thing under the joke that has got lots of folks attention. I mean just with the title you snared people into your joke, who were already getting the gears turning you know?

Hi there Val, welcome and have a good time in Malaga in September. It's a bit of a boys club here so its great to see more women posting. I've been here from the beginning and despite racking up almost a thousand posts, most helpful I like to assume, I still only have 2 points. Really even after all these years I still get asked who I am !!!
I have met many of the foro members personally and they are a great bunch. I was thinking about that today as I went down to the Coast to meet up with Stephen Hill. Nice guy by the way. I've met some great people through this forum. I met Ailsa this summer when she was in Granada which was fun and of course there is Simon, Anders, Ramparts, Miguel de María, Scott from Chicago, Sean from Cadiz, Estela, Kevin from New Orleans. Hmmm this now looks like name dropping
Anyway no complaints here, as Ron quite rightly said somewhere in this thread, this is the most active and most interesting English flamenco forum on the net and, as Ricardo said, its up to us what happens here.

Do I get some points now ????
Ask and you will be given.
Trouble is I hardly ever remember to rate posts, even to the threads I've really valued. I've learned loads from Ricardo, saved ToddK's falsetas to my favourites, fallen off my seat with laughter at a post more times than I can remember and I've never given any of them a point. Slapped wrists - must remember in future.
