I saw Michio Woirgardt play in our little theater here in Mainz and met him. Very nice and cool guy and he's giving a workshop here this week I'll be going to as well. He's a great composer with some really great melodic stuff - looking forward to learning from him!

He performs a lot in the Darmstadt theater where my wife works. Composes music for plays and gives flamenco concerts with dance and cante (Carmen Fernandez, great voice). "Zambúllete" is a great CD. Florian has it and is a fan, good way to maybe get him to come visit me in Germany one day...

love the guys style, theres a certain humbleness coming out of his cd and from what John tells me its not fake. i just get a good feeling when i listen to the music, what else could one ask for from a cd.
