how to post a attachment 

can someone give me directions on how to post a file ? It must be easy but I cant figure it. thanks.

You can only post in certain parts of the forum e.g. if it's audio go to Audio Uploads, create a new post, type your message then click on "Click here to upload!", browse to your local file then click on OK. Wait for the "successful" message then click OK to post the message.

actually I wished to post a text file of a solea so I could point out questions on a solea.
It is in tabledit, so I dont want to run into any copyright problems etc etc. It should be easy to post a text file correct??? tia.

You can post a .tef file in the Tabs Section.
