The most important thing. Issue number one in a show off and score babes guitar is that SEXY can be read. Everything else comes second. Its impossible to score with the letters upside down.... being mothers of pearl, abelone or fake.
I once played a concert with a guitar where I had written SEXY on the headstock with a pen and everyone noticed it So imagine a pink Strat with it written on the fingerboard in mothers of pearl. Its going to be a true Babemagnet

Sorry Anders, as good as you are, I had to defer to the memory of James Marshall Hendrix... so yes, the fret markers are the wrong way up for a right-handed player... CRITIC!
I don't know why but for some reason I've become obsessed with Pripps, maybe just the catchy name or the mystique... But I don't think I can find it here , have to settle for a Carlsberg...

ORIGINAL: Doitsujin BLA? That means talking nonsense in my lenguage..
Haha I think it means that in a few other languages too! I think I remember Anders saying that the (Pripps) beer itself was low-quality... But BLA isn't very good for advertising in English... "Pripps?" "Bla!"
On the behalf of the Swedish people I feel obliged to correct a few things.
Pripps is not that bad. It is just that the Swedish alcohol restrictions have forced Pripps to brew ligher beers parallell to the real ones. It is probably the lighter ones that Anders has tried and got obsessed with as a joke, which they are, compared to the beer that is probably the best in the world, or how they say...
And for your information it is not BLA, it is BLÅ which means blue in Swedish. One can rightly ask how a beer can be blue, but similar questions one can ask about the Danish golden, black and green beers...
Thought I'd never write about beer in a luthiery discussion, but here it is!
RE: New Eliasson 'coral' (in reply to Per Hallgren)
Thanks Per I think it's probably a similar story here - As a result of Australians drinking too much beer, the beer companies here also had to start making lighter beers, which were completely terrible at first (one was also called 'Blue'), now they are just bad, but there are a couple of OK ones. But then, I think if you're going to have a beer you might as well enjoy a real one, but then t can be hard to stop at one I don't want to brag, but I think this thread is great! A made-up pink rock guitar on a flamenco guitar making forum, that somehow then turned into an analysis of light strength beers!
