Where to find Golpeador in UK? 
Hi,

It's not exactly luthiery, but does anyone know where I can buy a transparent self-adhesive golpeador in the uk?
I'm not having much luck with google.

I don't know any shop in UK but Mundo-Flamenco in Germany ( www.mundo-flamenco.de ) sell transparent Golpeador 195 x 200 mm , extra thin and good quality for only 8 Euros. I think it should be no problem to ship to UK.

I bought mine from www.touchstonetonewoods.co.uk for less than £5:

but www.luthierssupplies.co.uk might have one too.

I ordered one from a shop in Glasgow (Guitar guitar) and they wanted over £12 for them. Then when I got home I found they were selling on the net for under a fiver.
So guess what??? I ended up buying a flamenco guitar instead
Some logic that eh???

No doubt I'll buy a flamenco guitar too at some point

Where to find a Golpeador in the US?

Those sites were great but I don't think any of them shipped to the States.

In the U.S. stringsbymail.com handles a .010mm clear Tap Plate with adhesive on one side. I've purchased strings, humidifier and Tap Plate from them with no problems. Very good vendor!
