I have audacity and the video is on you tube.

Ok so what do I do Koella.

Hey Gabriel.

When you open audacty you see that little screen on top in the middle.
You can choose between microphone, line, stereo-mix and a few others.
Choose stero-mix.

Now start the you tube video and start recording with audacity.
When your done choose "export as mp3"or "export as wav"in the file menu.

Export the file and you can open it in windows mediaplayer.
look in the play menu "play speed" or something like that ( I have the dutch version ) Then change the speed in "slow"

I can edit the speed and pitch in audacity too can't I.

Allright, found it.
When you change the speed/pitch to -50% it's exactly one octave lower.

Damn, I'm learning a lot today.
It's true, when you give, you get !

Ok I don't know what languae you use in audacity.

In my version it's right above change pitch (Tonhöhe ändern). It is called : change tempo (Tempo ändern). The thing you used is called: change speed (Geschwindigkeit ändern), which also changes the pitch.

It's of course all under: Effects(Effekte)

The words in brackets are the German words in Audacity.

Don't hesitate to ask if you can't find it.
