1990 Hermanos Conde gravina
Hi everyone. I'm confused about my conde's builder identity. A friend who knows a lot about handmade flamenco guitars told me that it may be built by Felipe Conde or Mariano Conde. But I think it's more likely that it was made by Ricardo Sanchis Carpio. There is no other signature inside the guitar. The sound is more like Felipe V workshop’s conde.

Here is a video about my Conde. I used an original piece of Alegrias to show off the tone. Record with iPhone 12. Maybe someone can help me continue to write this Falseta

Oh gosh, here we go guys!!
Seriously, nobody knows either. I know it is NOT Felipe or Mariano jr, as they have a different address (Felipe V). Yours is signed by the widow of Faustino, 2 years after he had died already. I wouldn’t worry much, looks and sounds good.

Lol. I know Conde question is a classic topic here. I often see you answering questions in various conde posts, Ricardo. Thank you for your answer. I am dreaming of owning a Conde made by Faustino Conde. However, it's hard to come across and expensive for a student like me. So I bought this Conde as a replacement and used it as my partner for the dance accompaniment. I think it is a good guitar with affordable price. I will keep it until I earn enough money to buy a Faustino Conde.

Hmm, I would email Dan Zeff and offer him a trade. If the seller wants a price difference (it should be a 1 to 1 swap in my opinion, but perhaps the owner needs more), based on other examples Gravina 1990’s are going for, it might be reasonable for you to pay only the difference on the exchange. You would have to send him your guitar first to inspect, but he is trust worthy guy, I have been to his house.

Dunno who made the guitar, but your falseta sounded good.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Ricardo. I will email Dan Zeff as long as I have enough money. Until then, I'll improve my skills so that I can be worthy of that artifact

Thank you so much Piwin. I was inspired by a R&B tutorial about a week ago and created this small piece. It's a bit too short and needs to be continued
