I just got it. No audio.

I really like what I have read so far, the principles of how to program techniques, the value in experiencing every aspect of every note, and slowing right down. I haven't started the actual work yet, but will in the next few weeks. I'll let you know how I get on.

Yeah, the first video is a distillation of the book, I have started doing the exercises now, they make sense to me and the methods agree with what my tutor has told me, and other stuff I've read. Seems really good, and he has some really useful insights and ideas.
