Conde Hermanos 2010 AF25 for sale

I am selling my Conde Hermanos 2010 AF25 (Felipe V).

Good condition, no damage or repairs.

Note, this is a FLAMENCO guitar, (AF25 is/was a flamenco negra model, Indian Rosewood I think, the AF25R is/was Brazilian), not a classical (Conde classical models are/were AC numbers).

I have had a few questions about scale length and string height at 12th fret.

The string length from nut to bridge bone is 650mm, and the string height at 12th fret is 2.5mm, maybe a shade over. See pic:
