Chester, I improvised a little Buleria, I thought it was for Jason but maybe it was for you. I left under a cloud a little while ago, my fault of course.
The video is also a record of hypomania, the condition that often lead to me being a pain in the you know what round here....

I also advocate something called Stretch Therapy, it is a wonderful resource for musicians.
I don't care to discuss wether the improv is in compas or not, I played what came. I like to improvise my music theory too now...
Lastly as well as the many errors and fumbles I spoke one untruth, there were lots of people here to learn from, I moved too fast to listen.
