Not “just”, it’s specific to jerez. Remember there is also a major key solea from jerez called “carapiera”, and major key siguiriyas called “cabales”. Also a major key Tangos from Malaga, none of these are relating to Cadiz just because of the major key.

Once again, Ricardo, thanks for the input, a lot of this stuff, while some is recorded to some degree in books, (currently reading the biography and letras of Manuel Torre), what is contemporary is'nt really talked about much.
