Lining in a cave in Granada for free?

Is this for real? The fist time I heard about it I did not know if I should believe it or not, Now I have heard about it again, so It might acutally be true!

Do people live in a hippie community in caves in the hills above Granada?

I am going to Granada myself for the first time next week. This would be kind of cool to see, I myself practically grew up on Chrisiania in Copenhagen.
