RE: New blanca - video/pictures (in reply to Andy Culpepper)
Aesthetics are great like always, and the sound as torro as can be. The tie block cover indicating from afar that this is no batch item. I always like watching your snappy technique.
The fact that you maintain your playing skills in spite of all the guitar building, to me also reassuring in a way, -who is still a bit dumbfolded about an accomplished player like Todd having put aside the music chapter. (Not that I could be having objections as long as him being all right with the decision, but it always saddens me a bit when advanced performers stop playing. For one because of me liking to see arts spread as much as possible, secondly for seeing someone quit making me concerned about the idea that one day -who knows- I might hypothetically be putting the axe aside for good too. If one day not able to enjoy the sound of a guitar anymore, something substantial would be missing in my life´s array of delights.) Just sayin´.

I am just a lonely beginner but Andy I really enjoy following your guitars. Your videos clips are excellent and really shows off all your guitars, pics are great quality. I love the sound you get out of them and I enjoy your playing as well and provides me with inspiration to practice and get better. I think the way your present your product is great. Thanks for posting these on here and the tube.

I love your rosettes! They remind me of particle physics/science or something.
...reminds me of this one on my '67 Ramirez blanca The initials of Antonio Martinez are on the neck block. He seemed to like this one for both blancas and negras. I have seen it on Ramirez instruments with different initials.

Ah well, there was a fantastic passion there, in my case anyway. I discovered flamenco very early on. It grips you in a way that you can't get away - Paco Pena

Whoa. That is some amazing craftsmanship! I'll probably go pre made since I have enough to worry about but I'm really inspired by yours designs - they rank at the top of my favorites - honestly . I wouldn't mind having some skulls in my rosette!

Thanks Tom and Jason! I went premade for my first two. Now I pride myself on being open to pretty much anything I get asked to do, including (very rarely) premade.

Andy,
Could you answer a commercial question for me?
Do you send your guitars to GSI for outright purchase or are they sent on consignment?
The reason I'm asking is that I'm trying to get some marketing strategy going to conduct some business in the future, if possible. This is going to be a wider search that I'll have to do with different music companies.
I understand we are not the same price line but a particular trend is nice to know when doing business with retail.
