Help with Song ID

Hi Everyone!

I've been trying to ID this piece of music from the following video with no success. Does anyone recognize it?

You in the right place for this.
I can't ID the singer......maybe from one of the solo compas albums???
It's an Alegrias though, that may narrow the search a bit.
Someone here should be able to ID the voice though.
