I'm surprised Ricardo is not more widely recognized as a force in
flamenco guitar. He is the real deal, and on top of that, one of the
coolest human beings i've ever hung out with.

That guy is incredible! Is that his name - David Stewart? I am not familiar with his work, but I'm surprised that I've never heard of him.

You "arrived" long ago, Ricardo. Several years ago my wife Marta and I were having dinner with Paco de Malaga and Ana, and Paco praised your playing, a sentiment to which I heartily agreed. As you may know, Paco does not lavish praise indiscriminately, so I considered his praise then, and now, a well-deserved honor.
