didn't watch the entire thing...if you mean that first 3/4 tune it's rehashed Meeting of the Spirits type phyrgian vamp...no need to work anything out for it really. Otherwise point to a time in the hour long vid.
That might have been the only solo Josele took the entire hour. I wonder if he doesn't know how to improvise. The jazz guitarist took several solos, although I was more interested in hearing a flamenco player's take on improvising.
