More practice methods/tips welcome, I find it to be the most difficult part in flamenco. Playing and constantly feeling the compas.

The problem is not playing falsetas or phrases in right tempo but especially when it comes to following the compas and playing at the same time, I know I am long way from accompanying but that is especially difficult to be able to hold compas and follow the singer. So basically I'm looking for good practice methods to make the inner compas tick louder
