Sold! 2008 Castillo blanca for sale
Sold!
I'm regretfully selling this guitar to help cover moving expenses to a new job. Made in 2008, (number 239), it has all the power and projection you'll ever need for dance or solo work! I bought it from a guitar professor in Texas, and love it more than any blanca I have ever owned. Here's a video of him playing it. Not a high quality video, but it will give you some idea of the sound.
This guitar has a lot of playing wear and shows it. A good amount don't show well in pictures. Also there is some discoloration of the finish by the tail block. I don't know what caused this, it was like that when I got it.
Specs: Concert Model, 650 scale, 52MM nut, flatter profile neck, well aged cedar top, Cypress back and sides, ebony fretboard, red French polish and unknown tuners. I was told the tuners were upgraded, but can't recall what they are. Great action, 2.8MM treble, and 3.5MM bass. Comes with foam case.
If you buy this guitar through Salvador's site you will pay $2700 before upgraded tuners and shipping to the U.S. She can be put into your home for $1700 including shipping to the lower 48. I'm not out to haggle, if you have an offer which is near to this, I'll try to work with you, but I won't be screwed on a great guitar which is priced right. I can borrow the money, but don't want to have to do that, but I will before I give it away. I have also posted my Castillo negra, and can give a discount if you want to buy both guitars. Will post pictures later tonight. This is a player's instrument, not a collector's guitar. If you want a new shiny looking guitar, this isn't the one for you. It has been played, and it shows. The finish on my negra is in great condition, so I can cover the needs of all here...

LOL, I guess if it makes the deal I will put it in... :)
I got a job at the University of Louisville, so I'm soon to be a state employee! I'm slowly working my way back east, and kicking this western dust off my shoos... I do hate to let these go, but a man has to do something, or borrow money from these screwball banks...

ken tuck you say. heck, you gonna need a steel string gee-tar so you can play with the hillbillies. i don't think they play duelin' nylon string guitars in that part of the world. seriously shawn, you will enjoy louisville. congrats.
