Super Saver Rates apply on Monday 12-4, Tuesday-Thursday 11-4, Friday 1:30-4 and Saturday 12-7 for STUDIO A (33'x25' or 825 sq ft): Marley for ONLY $26/hr. STUDIO B (19'x19' or 361 sq ft): Marley (available Oct 1) for ONLY $20/hr. STUDIO C (338 sq ft): Wood Floor (Rosco SubFloor Platforms) for ONLY $20/hr.
HOURS: Sun 12:00 pm-6:00 pm RATES: (Mid Rates) PLEASE NOTE: All Sun. rentals must be reserved and paid in full no later than the Sat before or staff may not be available to accommodate the rental.
Rate Scale for all Studios: Studio A: Saver Rate $26/hr, Mid Rate $32/hr, Premium Rate $38/hr
For all studios, it is possible, by inquiry and quote only, to arrange rental hours outside the schedules shown, but either the Medium or Premium Rates may apply.
Special Reduced Rates: --One-on-One private class Studio A, B or C, depending on availability: Saver Rate $16/hr, Mid Rate $19/hr, Premium Rate $23/hr --Last minute booking for class or rehearsal, request made same day or evening before, approximately 25% off. No advance reservations.
Sprung marley floors, 7' high quality mirrors, ballet bars, fans, a/c and 10' high ceilings. Windows and natural light. Two dressing rooms with sinks. Public restrooms on same floor. Small waiting area. Thirty folding chairs available and benches. Good for rehearsals or classes for ballet, modern, exercise/aerobics, salsa, and, of course, flamenco and tap. Music rehearsals also permitted. Sound system with iPod hook up, CD and tape. One piano available. DVD/VCR and monitor available for $10.00 extra.
The Studio Theater (Studio A+B) is also available as a performing space on weekends: Sat. night 6 pm-11 pm, or Sun. from 4 pm-9 pm complete with curtains, lighting and seating for 80. Please inquire for rates and terms.
