Hi, can someone reccomend a good Flamenco guitar. I'm looking for a guitar that is a find, both for price and sound.

Rain

Check out Anders Eliasson www.eliassonguitars.com

His waiting list isn't too long and the fact that he has one should tell you he's pretty good.

There are also the guitars of Ricardo Sanchis Carpio and/or his son's Hermanos Sanchis Lopez. Exellent for the money.

Personally, I think you would have to be an idiot to pay twice the price for a "label", when you can get a top-end hand built guitar from Anders at a very reasonable cost.

cheers

Ron

Like the guitar then? I am sure that will make Anders a happy fellow.

P.S. Commision goes up today, Anders!

Hi Rain

Send me a mail or call me if you are interested. It's easy.

Simon (Escribano) is just joking. We both live here in the Granada province.

Did you mean "take" as in commission (0%) or my opinion? Better to search this site for the opinion of those who own one.

I have ordered one myself and look forward to it.
