Can anyone give me some letras for the main palos (bulerias, Alegrias, Solea, Sol por Bul etc) I started working with a dance class and i don't know any. Any help would be great thanks.... Thanks Menkos Maximus
I am sure Ramon plays every Sunday night for classes up West somewhere and I surprised to hear there is shortage of classes for guitarists in London, I would have thought it was the other way around.

Hi Escribano Yes. I had some lessons with Ramon a couple of years ago which were very good. I also had some lessons with Tito Heredia more recently. I guess what I'm looking for in London is a dance class where I can sit with a miked principal guitarist so I'm not continually faffing the compás and stopping everyone. But, as you say, there are plenty of flamencos in London to learn from.

Ramon will let you do that, he does classes with Anita.

Thanks for that site for the Letras. As far as playing fr a class goes, i think the best way is to go through teachers. They should know where the classes are being held and who's who in the flamenco scene. I wish there was another guitarist for me but unfortunately i'm going solo It's great for a kick in the butt as far as the compas goes. At the end the teacher may tell me to work on something in particular so i'll go and listen alot or i'll go get lesson of the local champ. Good luck! Larone
