And all this BS about the newer Condes been bad guitars:
Arash, I never said the newer Condes are bad. Please reread the initial post, I simply said the 1990 was very different than the newer ones and were not made by the same people for sure....

I'd love to try this guitar, although could never pay that kind of money for it. The 664/53 fretboard dimensions scare me a little, too. I don't have Paco hands.
It is funny you say that. When I played it, I had no idea about the measures, when I came back home and saw the measures on the ad, I started laughing....
All my other guitars are 650 or 655 and did not feel any different than this one. It responded so well that the measures were non issue. It played like butter....
I'll mention this in case it helps anyone out but GSI (whose prices I agree are normally ridiculous) is having its 'biggest ever' clearance sale until the end of January in case there is anything there that someone here would like they might now be able to afford it. BTW I have no connection to GSI other than being on the mailing list.
I always feel a lot of ignorance in this forum when people talk like they dont give a f u k about the fact that certain guitars that are thousands of euros. like it's nothing. it just makes me angry.
