Hehe, no to be honest google translate is a wonderful tool, copy and paste. I am still learning, not confident with longer messages. We will have a translator and many Spanish speakers at the workshop, though. :)

is diego performing there for the Toronto flamenco festival?? can you provide more details about the classes? when, what time, how long, how much? is it just on friday? I can not make it on friday but I can make it on saturday and sunday. I live in Halifax you know..so I need to know ahead of time all the details and see if its really worth the expenses

Hi, kudo. It's not part of the flamenco festival which ended last week actually. This is one class, 2 hours on Friday, $100. He is squeezing it in before his show with Cigala Friday night, then he leaves town for Detroit show the next day. So we are lucky he has any time at all. Actually I am probably just about to cap attendance so the class doesn't get too unmanageable. But hmmm... I'm sorry to hear it sounds as if you couldn't theoretically make it anyway. If it's any consolation, it might not be worth your effort to come all that way for one day after all, though.

That's exciting, Conrad - I really wish I could make it. Hope you guys have a blast, and that you actually learn something from this magician =) Even seeing him play up close would be a rare treat (I think you've experienced this before, no?)

Yeah, still don't know what he'll show us, could be more an intimate mini-concert which would I think would fine by most! Yeah, I sat two feet away from him with my head practically next to the soundhole, hehe, and it is one of the greatest joys of my life. wish us luck...
