Ned Kelly bones ID

http://news.yahoo.com/photos/ned-kelly-bones-identified-1314885128-slideshow/

Ever since I saw the paintings of Ned Kelly story by Sidney Nolan I've been fascinated with this guy who fought the law in a homemade suit of metal armor. The pictures of the actual armor are in this article.

I love the photograph of the bullet hole in the right tibia!

As an aside, my peregrinations have taken me through Hong Kong many times over the past 35 years, and I never fail to spend a few hours in a great Aussie pub called "Ned Kelly's Last Stand." Good pub grub and a dixieland jazz band that commences playing every evening at 9:00 PM. In fact, it was on my first visit to Ned Kelly's Last Stand in 1976 that I first heard about Ned Kelly.

Cheers,

Bill
