Tia Encarna

anyone know about this singer? All I can find on youtube is this one video. nothing online either, except the lyrics.

The video provides very little information, her name is Tia Encarna, one of the guitarists is father of Raimundo Amador. There's also very little information on the song. Youtube search turns up various versions of it in the last few decades.
