Help guys, Ive been trying to figure this out but I hear things differently and I am in doubt... I just wanted to learn the chords on the letras in the beginning.
What I assume is: Cejilla al tres: Dm-C-Bb-Gb-A Levantaran murallas removeran la tierra.....
RE: Chords Help Please: Duquende And... (in reply to Alonte)
edit 2: i really think i have it LOL Levantaran murallas...
Dm III (this chord x5356x) - Gm/Ab - Gm (its important to NOT play Gm7 here...) - C9 - Bb - Gm/Ab - A
Dile ... (edit i think i have it)
Fmaj - C9 III - (D9 V) - Fmaj Dm V - Gm III - Am7 I - Fmaj Gm III - Gm/Ab III - A III, V = chord positions
It modulates to F: Gm - C7 - F and that makes it sound like a christmas song IMO. its very messy recorded, and one guitar is tuned to Granaina with Capo on 1.
RE: Chords Help Please: Duquende And... (in reply to Alonte)
Oh man! One guitar has a diff tuning? Whats a Granaina tuning? Yeah its kinda heard to decipher the chords, there so much going on. Thanks so much and I'll check it out when I get home.
RE: Chords Help Please: Duquende And... (in reply to Alonte)
One guitar has the low E tuned to B i think, but i dont hear that guitar clearly, just in some spots so... i only worked out the chords por medio. I should say that Gm/Ab as i write it above does here not mean the Ab as bass (ie lowest) note, but as a high note (ie on the high e string), but its obvious from the recording and the function is the same as with a "real" Gm/Ab chord.
RE: Chords Help Please: Duquende And... (in reply to Alonte)
Thanks deniz, I hope this is not too much to ask but where may I find a reference to those chord positions I.e III, V? I tried it and can hear the basic hordes fitting but would like to try what you actually play and hear. Only on the beginning and the dile...stanza

forgot to answer your question. chord positions usually are where the index finger is. Gm III is the Gm played in the third position: here = 355333 Gm I would be this 310xxx or for the "full" chord 310330 Dm can be played xx0231 or as barré in the fifth position: here = x57765
