1979 Ramirez 1a Blanca

I'm selling this fantastic instrument for a friend, after many years of use he has moved on to other instruments.

Year: 1979
Clase: 1a
Top: Cedar
Back and sides: Spanish Cypress
Scale: 655 mm
Nut width: 54mm
Tuners: Looks like Schaller, having most likely replaced the original pegs.
Finish: Lacquer

Sound..what can I say. Pure Ramirez. Absolute top of the heap, as played by countless professional guitarists. This is the real deal.

just some scratches around the golpeador. There is also a small dent in the lower bout.

Looks just like my '67 1a, down to the rosette. Whose initials are on the heel of the neck? Mine has AM.

Not that it makes that much difference....

For anyone who's interested, there are no initials on the foot. They must have stopped stamping them by '79.
