Very good original condition, nice set-up, no cracks or repairs.
Normal playing ware.
Open, vibrant sound with crystal clear trebles and rich basses.
Original case etc.

That's it Ailsa.
My wife and I saw them and bought the set of 6 just after we got married back in 78'. They cost a whole month's salary for me.
We saw them in a junk shop in Glasgow and I thought they might just be original. I had just finished Architecture at The Mac in Glasgow and I knew about Charlie before his furniture designs became common knowledge.
They were obviously not new but it turned out that they were made in the early 50's by some guy in Edinburgh who had broken the copyright etc, etc, long story..... but we have had them ever since.
Still uncomfortable, but nice to sit a guitar on.
