Here's how to play the basic Solea letra for cante ( 3 or 4 lines) You'll have to listen to recordings to get the phrasing right. 1,2,3, - rasgueado on E add b2 4,5,6, - silent, maybe golpe on 6 7,8,9, - strum on E or E7 10,11,12 - A minor 1,2,3, - A minor, G, F 4,5,6, - you can be silent or play a remate on E 7,8,9, - F, E, F 10,11,12 - Remate on E Play all that twice. THEN 1,2,3, - Rasgueado on G7 4,5,6, - Silent, maybe golpe on 6 7,8,9, - strum G7 or arpeggio walking up to.. 10,11,12 - C major 1,2,3, - A minor, G, F 4,5,6, - you can be silent or play a remate on E 7,8,9, - F, E, F 10,11,12 - Remate on E This part may be played once or twice. Hope that helps to get you started.
