Student model wanted

Hi

I've read the posts on beginner models and am looking into the Navarro. New these run 900US + shipping. Does anyone have a cheaper/used model (machine tuners) they'd like to sell to a good home?

Hey man I have a great Francisco Solera blanca...it has soaked up cigarette smoke in Andalucian bars, imbuing it with a earthy, lusty quality, and I've even seen a duende poke its head out of the soundhole a couple of times.
I'll sell it w/case for $900 and that even includes shipping!!

A seductively phrased description: that is good salesmanship, Deteresa, you made me want to try your guitar. You must post some pics now!!

Heh, I was just joking with Sasha because he has in fact played this guitar on several occasions and for a while I was trying to sell it to him.
But I do intend to formally list my Solera as soon as i get my computer back so I can load the pictures.

i have a 2007 esteve 5f that i bought brand new this past august. i installed gotoh fustero type tuners on it. it is cypress/sycamore that has a nice flamenco sound to it considering the cost--it actually has a good bass sound along with a nice metallic treble sound. i would be happy to sell it for $600 which includes a hardshell case. the reason i am selling it--just plunked down a lot of bucks for a ramirez. feel free to send me an e-mail if you are interested. the guitar/me are in chicago.

I am constantly asked by my students for a decent starter guitar, and after playing a lot of guitars, I find that the Cordobas are superior to the rest. For students on a low budget, I have been recommending the Cordoba C-7 for my classical students, and the Cordoba F-7 for my flamenco students. They are both $500, and I feel they are the best $500 guitars around. Cordoba also has just come out with their first all solid wood models – C-9 and C-10 classicals, for $800 and $1000 respectively. I suspect these will be excellent student guitars. As soon as I get to play one I'll give a report.
