if you go to www.4shared.com and search for rafael riqueni I think there is a scan of the Encuentro book of his, and I believe it contains the tab.
let me know if you find it, the copy of the book i've got doesn't have tab for the rumba played on the vid.
Some of the early Encuentro's had stuff performed but not tabbed. Paco Serrano plays a Taranta-Minera not transcribed, the opening Buleria and Fin de Fiesta of Tomatito is not transcribed, and there's concert footage on the Enrique De Melchor one, as well as the Rumba on the Riqueni one. I think this idea must have not proved popular as i don't think they continued with it.
