Very cool, very small HD camcorder

I just bought a Panasonic HDC-TM300 to go in my tool bag.

It's a solid state, full 1080i HD camcorder for when I need to look like a tourist or do any unobtrusive timelapse for an hour so in public. The big Sony can draw too much unwanted attention.

Don't let the size fool you - although it only weighs 180g it is as good as they get for this kind of money, or even more.

I ran a test last night. It's been tweaked it in postproduction but still, an amazing little beast.

Images are resized automatically to a maximum width of 800px

Nice! I think I know it. A coworker owns that model I think. We borrowed it for making a farewell-video of another coworker who was leaving our group. I remember we hadnt the software-CD and had to download with a kind of standard program the movies... We werent able to delete the movies in the cam because we were to dumb... and for any take we had to download all movies from the cam because we werent ablt to select specific ones not deleting already copyed movies... It took us hours... lol... So watch the software CD!
The cam made great very detailed videos... great thing!

It's the second time I hear that song within just 1 hour. First in a short flash game/film about leaving a job and now in your video.

Very nice pictures! Seems to be a great camera.. Looks crisp and captures a lot of detail. Sadly my computer can't play this back at full speed.
