Hmm...

In my HUMBLEST (!) opinion - it is bullcrap.

Honestly, I don't see the effect of practice that doesn't involve the coordination between both hands.

The guy who invented that like 11 years ago, is one of my best friends.

He made one for me that has a plastic plate going through it so I could do golpes. It was fun to use in the car to figure our rhythms and stuff, but I got a speeding ticket so I stopped using it. When the cop pulled me over I hid the thing under the seat.

Some years back I purchased something similar (but not exactly) off Ebay and it was a terrible waste of time.

you mean this thing?

i was going to make something like that but if it's a waste of time, i wont bother.

the le technique doesn't seem like it's going to be any better. at least with the other one, you can use both hands at the same time.

Man, Ricardo,
You REALLY get slammed for doing stuff like that in the UK now.
You don't get booked or fined, but get a jail sentence.

Too many mobile phone/texting accidents when driving, so they've just said enough is enough...that's it...basta...you're gonna spend a month sharing a cell with Mad Mick the Axeman who hasn't seen a woman in 5 years.

Ees no posible aquí, amigo...

cheers,

Ron

To be honest I was going to buy one of these eventually - but mostly for my right hand, which is so underdeveloped and I really would like to use the time to train it. I was going to buy the thing from Flamenco World for that, which is just for the right hand. Anyone have any experiences regarding that?

Off-Topic - did anyone have issues developing the ability to tap your foot on the beat AND play at the same time?? I can tap the compas with my foot when listening to a CD but the minute I pick up the guitar I lose the ability ... if I focus on my hand my foot stops tapping ad if I focus on my foot the hand gets messed up!! VERY frustrating

i used to have that problem too. i dont think there's a shortcut around it. sorry.
just keep at it. take it real slow. also, dont just tap your foot lightly. try to basically stomp your foot. that helped me with developing limb independence.

i have some foot tapping exercises for bulerias. if you want it, i'll pm it to you when i get a chance.
